The team has been super-responsive to any IT support requests from our team, even those beyond Microsoft and handled scaling up our service requests with our company growth from 18 - 95, an APAC office, adopting infosec and asset management best practices, website hosting, specialist client compliance management and now supporting us in working towards ISO27001 certification
