What cybersecurity does AIS Technology include, and what costs extra?
Every AIS Technology managed IT client gets the full security stack as standard, inside the £35 per device per month plan: 24/7/365 endpoint detection and response, 24/7/365 identity and account protection, a dedicated Cyber Security Operations Centre, proactive cyber risk management, endpoint and firewall hardening, automated patching, Microsoft 365 backup and recovery and staff awareness training. Every managed client is baselined to the Cyber Essentials standard.
The one optional add-on is the compliance portal, at £100 per organisation per month, which adds a compliance management platform plus GDPR and FCA support, advanced reporting, client security questionnaires and mobile device security. All of it is delivered from the AIS Technology office in Wickford, Essex.
