Managed IT services means handing the whole IT function to an outside team on a fixed monthly fee, instead of hiring and running one in house. AIS Technology takes on monitoring, patching, backups, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity and vendor coordination for small and medium businesses across Essex and London, and answers the helpdesk 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The price is £12 per user per month, plus £125 per month for each Microsoft 365 organisation, on a three-month rolling contract. A ten-user business therefore pays £245 a month. Every ticket is covered by a one-hour response SLA, and routine support requests carry no extra charge. AIS Technology manages IT for more than 600 users from its base in Wickford, Essex.
